Offer: A Free Lean Reflection or Strategy Session

If you're a regular reader of my blog, you might appreciate how I think about Lean, leadership, and improvement. Or maybe you don't — and that's OK too. :-)

But if my work resonates with you, I'd like to offer something simple and genuinely helpful: a free, one-hour virtual reflection or strategy conversation with me.

Whether it's the start of a new year, a midpoint check-in, or just a moment when you're pausing to think more intentionally, reflection matters. Too often, leaders stay busy without creating space to step back and think clearly about what's actually happening — and what they want to improve.

What We Can Talk About

We can discuss anything you like.

This session isn't a sales pitch or a scripted consultation. It's a thoughtful conversation focused on your situation. Depending on what's most useful to you, we might explore:

  • How your recent performance compares to your goals — and what the data is really telling you
  • Challenges you're facing with improvement efforts, engagement, or leadership behaviors
  • Where things feel stuck, unclear, or frustrating in your organization
  • What a realistic and meaningful “future state” might look like
  • How psychological safety (or the lack of it) may be affecting results
  • Practical next steps — not just abstract ideas

You don't need to prepare slides or have perfect answers. Showing up with honest questions is enough.

Who This Is For

  • Senior leaders or executives who want a confidential, 1-on-1 conversation
  • Leaders who want to think through challenges with their management team
  • Improvement leaders, coaches, or facilitators who want an outside perspective

I'm happy to meet individually or with a small group, depending on what would be most valuable.

Why I'm Offering This

I've seen — again and again — how powerful it can be for leaders to have a safe, thoughtful space to reflect out loud. Many organizations jump straight to solutions or new initiatives without slowing down to understand their current condition.

This conversation is about learning, clarity, and better decision-making, not blame, pressure, or performative planning.

How to Request a Session

If you'd like to request a complimentary 50-minute virtual session, please fill out the form here.

If you’re working to build a culture where people feel safe to speak up, solve problems, and improve every day, I’d be glad to help. Let’s talk about how to strengthen Psychological Safety and Continuous Improvement in your organization.
