This was on “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central. It is indeed a real graphic from the FEMA website (link here). It's scarily similar to a typical “PDCA” cycle (or “Deming Cycle“), but should it really begin and end with “DISASTER”? Let's hope we do better with our lean projects!
