In his most recent Podcast interview, Norman made a comment that “ROI is killing America.” A listener posted a question about that and you can read Norman's response here.

“Too often in America we want very fast ROI's, which keeps us looking at this quarter. An example is Dana Corporation where every manager knew they were measured on ROI. Dana went bankrupt.”
