On Tuesday, May 2nd, I hosted a live event to reveal the full cover of my upcoming book The Mistakes That Make Us: Cultivating a Culture of Learning and Innovation.
The Kindle version of the book is now available for pre-order via Amazon (and you can see the front cover there). The book will also be available in paperback, hardcover, and audiobook formats. You can view the full print edition cover design here.

I'll show the artist's original concept sketches and how our selected cover went through many rounds of iteration and improvement.
Elisabeth and I will talk about iteration as authors and publishers and I'm sure we will talk more broadly about the power of iteration in the workplace, for continuous improvement or innovation. We'll also take live questions from the audience…
