I was thinking yesterday about the “Lean for Knowledge Work” seminars I'm doing with Jim Benson and I was thinking that Kaizen and “Personal Kanban” are such a good combination, it's like the old Reese's Peanut Butter cups TV commercial.

    FYI, it took me a few moments to realize it was you that had created the Lean/Six Sigma election campaign videos from a couple years back. Not sure if I should be admitting that.
