I bought this video to use as a training aid at our facility, it does a good job explaining why you need 5S but not a whole lot on how. After I bought this I found that Boeing has a video as well that costs about the same, it shows 5S implementation on shop floor and office. Garage video is not a good choice for office 5s training.
Havent’seen the garage video. The Boeing Video is great until someone comes out with a healthcare version.
