Has anyone seen or used this “5S Garage” video? Seems like an interesting concept. Sample video below.

I did hear, from a trusted Lean friend, that this book is good: Everything I Know About Lean I Learned in First Grade. I should get a copy tomorrow, so I'll read while on a plane and will report out here on the blog.

  1. I bought this video to use as a training aid at our facility, it does a good job explaining why you need 5S but not a whole lot on how. After I bought this I found that Boeing has a video as well that costs about the same, it shows 5S implementation on shop floor and office. Garage video is not a good choice for office 5s training.
