An updated on the promised Q&A. I talked with Jim Womack over the weekend and he will be writing some responses to questions about his new book, Lean Solutions. His co-author, Dan Jones, is busy in Europe, so Womack will be handling the Q&A. Jim says he will be working somewhat in “one piece flow” style, so responses will be posted here over time. Stay tuned.
