Free On-Demand Viewing of my “Healthcare Kaizen” Webinar

Thanks to my friends at Gemba Academy, the recorded archive of Wednesday’s “Healthcare Kaizen” webinar is now available for free viewing on their website through January 7. The recording has slides and audio. After January 7, the recording will only be available to paid Gemba Academy subscribers. Click here to watch.

The host of the webinar, Ron Pereira, and I are going to record a podcast or two to address other questions that we didn’t have time to address at the end of the session and those will be freely available.

Here are the slides I used, via (these will remain available on the web):

I’m curious to hear your thoughts, reactions, and feedback. I actually received more followup emails from this webinar than any one I’ve done before. If you’d like to discuss Kaizen further, feel free to contact me if this is something you are interested in starting in your organization. And, again, the book I’ve co-authored with Joe Swartz, Healthcare Kaizen: Engaging Front-Line Staff in Sustainable Continuous Improvements, will be available in 2012.
