Why These Podcasts Exist

I host these podcasts because I believe better systems and better leadership lead to better outcomes–for customers, for patients, and for the people doing the work. Across interviews, solo reflections, and conversations sparked by mistakes, the common thread is learning without blame and improving in ways that are practical, humane, and sustainable.

Each show has a distinct format and focus, but they're united by the same core ideas: respect for people, continuous improvement, psychological safety, and learning our way forward through experimentation–not perfection.

Whether you're a healthcare leader, executive, practitioner, coach, or someone simply curious about improving how work gets done, I hope you'll find ideas here that challenge your thinking and help you improve–one small step at a time.
