"Art of Lean" Website

Art of Lean Files

Art Smalley, author and lean consultant, has an excellent website with a lot of files and resources to download.

I downloaded and read a very interesting article about the Training Within Industry (TWI) program, written by Jim Hunzinger. I'm going to do a second podcast interview with Jim about the TWI program and it's “rediscovery.” That should be released in a few weeks.

In the meantime, check out Art's site and let us know if you discover other good documents we should check out.
