If you're in Iowa or one of the nearby states, you might be interested in this event being held by the Iowa Lean Consortium: – The Lean Healthcare Exchange event on August 8th in Ankeny, Iowa.

I'm honored to be attending for the day as the keynote speaker. I'll be talking about Lean leadership, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

I'm also looking forward to seeing and hearing other presentations and networking with the attendees.

There will be three breakout sessions and the day concludes with another keynote talk, by Jim FitzPatrick, President/CEO, Mercy Medical Center, Sioux City. I've met Jim before and I am predicting his talk will be outstanding.

I hope you can join us… the cost is very reasonable:

Event Cost:
$95 for Members & $250 Non-Members
