TPS – Lean Manufacturing Assessment Article
Our friend and sometimes blogger Bill Hanover was writing this for the blog, but decided it was too long. It's his overview of good practices for having consultants do a “Lean Assessment” with your organization. Bill is a consultant and conducts these assessments, but I think he's done a good job of writing an informative article that's not a sales pitch. Check it out.
