    From the Chicago Tribune, an editorial. “Forcing a rapid upward revaluation of the yuan, as Congress seeks to do, won't solve America's trade problem. That can best be addressed by reining in profligate government spending, encouraging more savings by U.S. citizens and marketing U.S. products to overseas buyers.” Let's also try lean manufacturing and consider total cost, not just labor costs, and help make American manufacturing more competitive.
