screen-shot-2016-11-30-at-7-42-21-amFollowing up on last week's post where I shared KaiNexus webinars from the first half of the year….

Again, one of the things I do for KaiNexus is produce and host our monthly free webinar series. You can view all of the recordings from the past few years via our on-demand library.

They are also available via YouTube and this playlist.

Here are the videos (and links to slides) from the second half of the year.

What topics would you want us to present about in 2017? Please leave a comment or contact me.

July: Strategy Deployment

As we rolled into summer, I gave a presentation called “Everything You Need to Know About Strategy Deployment” – or at least it was everything I know and could fit into 45 minutes. View the slides.

August: Lean Leadership from the Military and Toyota

In August, I was joined by Sam MacPherson, who gave a great presentation titled “The Art and Science Behind Successful Lean Transformations.” See the slides here.

You can also listen to (and view) a podcast that we did together:

Podcast #235 – Sam MacPherson, The Green Beret Way to the Toyota Way & Lean Leadership

September: Lean Government

The first of our webinars this month was by Harry Kenworthy, talking about principles for “Lean government” that would really apply anywhere: “10 Commandments for Lean in Government (and Beyond).” View the slides.

Here's my podcast with him from 2014:

Podcast #198 – Harry Kenworthy, Lean in Government (Local, State, and Federal Levels)

September: Lean, PMOs, and Innovation

Our second webinar of the month was by Erin Edwards of Four Seasons Produce, talking about Lean, program management offices (PMOs), and how to combine improvement and innovation: “Turning Continuous Improvement and a PMO into an Innovation Team.” View the slides.

October: KaiNexus Demo

I was on vacation for the first part of October, so our KaiNexus sales VP Jeff Roussel and Greg Jacobson gave a demo of our “KaiNexus 2.0” platform:
