Masaaki Imai US Speech Tour 2012 on Kaizen

Kaizen Institute has announced that Masaaki Imai, author of Kaizen: The Key To Japan's Competitive Success and Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to a Continuous Improvement Strategy  (new 2nd edition out in June!), is doing a speaking tour in June. My Healthcare Kaizen  co-author Joe Swartz and I are honored that Mr. Imai wrote the foreword for our book and we're thrilled that we will get to participate at two of the stops.

Joe will be speaking at the event hosted by his organization in Indianapolis:  Wednesday June 13, 2012: St. Francis Health.

Mark will be participating in a Seattle event on June 14 (location TBD).
