The First "Live Tweeted" Hospital Rapid Improvement Event?

by Mark Graban on September 12, 2009 · 2 comments

Our friends at ThedaCare are running an experiment this week. One of their Rapid Improvement Event team members is going to send a few Twitter updates about the process for their event. In healthcare “R.I.E.” is a commonly used term for what might be known as a “Kaizen Event” in the rest of the Lean world.

You can follow her updates at www.twitter.com/ThedaRIE. The official “hashtag” is #RIE.
