Screen Shot 2015-12-28 at 5.17.24 PMI've blogged before about facilitating the fun and exciting “ExperienceChange” workshop.

I'm going to be offering this workshop again in San Antonio on January 27. It's going to be a small group, with no more than 10 participants.

Update: I'll also be doing this workshop in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, for a slightly larger group, on April 11 (changed from March 15).

We'll run the “Lakeview” change management simulation in small teams, it simulates the leadership and management required to use Lean to improve patient flow throughout a hospital.
