Recording of my “Quality Digest Live” Appearance – Lean in Healthcare

Last Friday, I was a guest on a relatively new internet show, Quality Digest Live. I am the guest at about the 11:38 point in the video if you want to skip the intro (which is an interesting discussion about the FDA and their armed raids of small dairy farms that don't pasteurize their milk.
