Here's a quick update on some of our latest projects in the Healthcare Value Leaders Network.

Our 2nd annual Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit in June has SOLD OUT. If you are still interested, please sign up on the waiting list ASAP. We are trying to do what we can to adjust capacity.

I've also been working on our Healthcare Value Leaders Podcast series, which features discussions with leaders from our member organizations. Episode #7 came out yesterday, featuring a Lean specialist from Iowa talking about “adaptive design” and its use in nursing units and other areas. New episodes will come out every three weeks. You can subscribe via iTunes, our Android App ($1.99), or see more info on the Podcast page.

We'll have another announcement for a new product in the next few weeks. Stay tuned and consider signing up for the email newsletter to be the first to get updates.

Let’s work together to build a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety. If you're a leader looking to create lasting change—not just projects—I help organizations:

  • Engage people at all levels in sustainable improvement
  • Shift from fear of mistakes to learning from them
  • Apply Lean thinking in practical, people-centered ways
