"5 Whys" Survey Results, Demographics

Here are demographics from my “5 Whys” survey, in case anyone is interested. I’m going to try to do some basic breakdowns to see how the data differ from large companies vs. small, etc. I wish the LEI would report similar data with their surveys, especially considering the larger sample size they have.
