We tip for coffee. We tip at salons. We (somehow) tip at self-checkout kiosks now. So… why not tip for Kaizen (continuous improvement) activity?

At KaiNexus, we've been thinking a lot (especially at this time of year) about how to recognize improvement work in a way that's meaningful, modern, and maybe just a little unexpected.

Introducing KaiNexTips — a new approach that merges digital tipping with a continuous improvement culture. Is it bold? Yes. Is it backed by data, algorithms, and behavioral economics? Probably. Is it completely serious? Well… you'll have to read it and decide.
