“My Favorite Mistake” Episode #20: Michelle Seiler Tucker on a Process for Selling a Business

I'm excited that Episode #20 of my new podcast “My Favorite Mistake” is now released!

You can listen to it (or watch it or read a podcast) via my MarkGraban.com website:

Episode #20: Michelle Seiler Tucker on Trusting an Expert and Not Verifying

My guest today is Michelle Seiler Tucker, founder and CEO of the firm Seiler Tucker. Michelle has sold hundreds of businesses to date and currently owns and operates several successful businesses. Michelle is one of three American women to hold the Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification.

In our conversation, Michelle talks about having a process for selling a business, so I think that will resonate with you as a Lean practitioner, in addition to the talk about learning from mistakes.

I'll post a link to each episode here on my blog on Mondays and Thursdays. I hope you find it to be interesting and thought provoking!

Thanks for listening and/or watching!
