You (One of You) Might be Searching for Waste Wrong :-)

So  I was checking out the server logs for the website for my upcoming book Healthcare Kaizen  (because, yes, my life is just that boring).

Somebody reached the site because they searched Yahoo (??) for “find kaizen opportunities”.

As we might say on the internet: 404 error, waste not found.

OK, so somebody wasn't literally expecting the interwebs to tell them where waste was in their process or organization… but I still thought this was a little funny. Screenshots of what the user search would have looked like and my server log:

If they had searched Google, I imagine it might have looked a bit like what is pictured below….    :-)

I'm not being a jerk… you know that because I put a smiley face emoticon in there.
