Shingo Prize Conference and Awards

If anyone is going to be around the Shingo Prize Conference on Friday, let me know either via the email link in the left column of the blog or via Twitter. I’ll be autographing books at a table at some point during the day and I’ll be picking up my Shingo Prize for my book, “Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Satisfaction Shingo Prize Conference and Awards lean.”

Hope to see or meet some of you there. I wish I could have been around longer this week, but I’ll be arriving tonight, that was the best I could do.

Congratulations Mark! And thanks for the help with my essay, even as you were en route.
