First Copies of my Book! (and Q&A Session)

Very exciting day, I have my first copies of my book, Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Satisfaction, in hand!!!

    I ordered 2, not because I like the waste of overproduction, but because most of my good books I end up giving a copy away to someone.
