I've written about the AI translations before, but I wanted to mention again that my award-winning book, The Mistakes That Make Us: Cultivating a Culture of Learning and Innovation, is now available in Spanish — thanks to a high-quality AI-powered translation.

This Spanish edition is part of an experiment to expand the reach of the book to more leaders, learners, and changemakers around the world. But more importantly, it's a learning opportunity for me. I want to ensure that the translation captures not just the words, but the spirit and insights of the original.

If you're a Spanish speaker (or fluent reader) and would like a free copy of the Spanish eBook, I'd love to share it with you. In return, I simply ask for your feedback: How well does the translation convey the book's tone, energy, and key lessons?

Blog Post (Spanish):

The Mistakes That Make Us — Ahora Disponible en Español
