I'm excited that the sixth episode of my new podcast “My Favorite Mistake” is now released!

You can listen to it and learn more via my MarkGraban.com website:

Episode #6: Brenda Batista on “My Favorite Mistake” in Communicating a Difficult Fact to a Client

My guest is Brenda Batista — an industrial engineer (like me), an attorney (unlike me), and a Six Sigma Black Belt (unlike me). She's started a company (like me) called Inspiring Company Culture.

Brenda shares a story about a mistake she made when working for a firm. She delivered a piece of factual information to a client — but how we frame information matters… how we prepare the recipient (or don't prepare) them can make all the difference. This is a meaningful lesson… and I appreciate her sharing it.

I'll post a link to each weekly episode here on my blog. I hope you find it to be interesting and thought provoking!

Thanks for listening and/or watching!
