Gone Fishin’… Taking a Blog Break (and Info About a Webinar Tomorrow)

Hello readers. I wanted to let you know that I plan on taking a bit of a hiatus from blogging the next few weeks. Click here to be notified of future posts via email.

It's a priority to get my book Measures of Success done (or as “done” as an eBook ever gets) before the Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit in mid-June.

I might pop up with a blog post or, more likely, one of the podcast episodes that I've recorded and haven't released yet. I'll still share stuff on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Tomorrow, I'm playing host (through KaiNexus) for a webinar that I'm really looking forward to:

Using Hoshin Kanri to Align and Coordinate Your Lean Strategy

The presenters are:

Joanna Omi
Consulting Director | Rona Consulting Group, the Lean practice of Moss Adams

Craig Vercruysse
Consulting Partner | Rona Consulting Group, the Lean practice of Moss Adams

This is the 2nd webinar that they're doing for us as part of what might be a series of four webinars over time on the theme of Strategy Deployment.

Their first webinar, if you'd like to catch up on it, was “Cascading Strategy Through Hoshin Kanri
(Strategy Deployment).”

Hope you can join us tomorrow for the webinar!
