IMG_2696A belated Happy Canada Day to my friends up north… Thursday is Independence Day here in the United States. I really prefer calling it that over “the 4th of July,” which strips the day of its meaning.

I'll be away from the blog through Monday, but I'd like to share a link back to a post I wrote in 2011:

“All Men Are Created Equal” – In Your Workplace?

The headline should be gender neutral, of course, but it's a reference to the Declaration of Independence. I hope everybody gets to celebrate life, liberty, and the pursuit of continuous improvement…
