Here are some of the best comments of the week. If you're an RSS reader, come check them out.
On my Podcast with Dr. Sami Bahri, there is some Q&A that I passed to Dr. Bahri and are posted under the comments:
- What if patients don't want to stay to complete their treatment that same day?
- How do you make sure Dentists will be productive?
In my post about overprocessing and logos on deodorant, I was properly taken to task by a blog reader, Jennifer, who asked why we all jumped to conclusions instead of asking “why?” I think her explanation is somewhat reasonable, but the deodorant also has a plastic inner cap to help detect tampering.
Anyway, I appreciate all the comments I get. I learn a lot from the always intelligent comments. Please come participate if you've been a passive reader.

Let’s work together to build a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety. If you're a leader looking to create lasting change—not just projects—I help organizations:
- Engage people at all levels in sustainable improvement
- Shift from fear of mistakes to learning from them
- Apply Lean thinking in practical, people-centered ways

I’m an rss reader and I read the comments rss too. I have a suggestion regarding the comments rss. Right now, the title for the comments rss posts is the first x characters of the comment. The title for this comment will be:
“I’m an rss reader and I re…”
It would be easier for me to read if it were:
“Comment on ‘Comments of the Week'”
or something with the post title in it. Now I have to hover over the title and read the hyperlink info to determine which post the comments relate to.
I don’t know if you can change the comments rss template or how much work it is. If you can do it, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
Dick – I see what you’re saying, but I don’t have any control over the RSS format. I can check with blogger support to see, though.
