The Hitchhiker's Guide to Lean – Lessons from the Road
Jamie Flinchbaugh and Andy Carlino have a newly released book. I haven't read it yet, but will post a review as soon as I can. But, based on my experience with Jamie, I am sure the book provides a unique and practical perspective on lean and leadership. One of his goals was to create a book that covered topics not covered in other lean books.
If you visit their website for the book, you can see the table of contents as well as a sample chapter. It can be ordered from amazon.com.
