Three Interviews with KaiNexus Customers on Their Continuous Improvement Journeys

I recently had the opportunity to interview people from three different organizations that are KaiNexus customers, so I'm going to share those here. You'll hear discussions about how they're creating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.

There's very little talk about the software, but I think this will be of interest to many of you, even if you're not interested in the software aspect.

These discussions are from the KaiNexus Continuous Improvement podcast series.

Memorial Health System (Marietta, Ohio)

This episode's guests are both part of the Process Excellence department at one of our customers, Memorial Health System in Marietta, Ohio. They are Lynn Howell and Mary Huck, both of whom have clinical backgrounds, but now help their colleagues throughout the system improve with Lean and other methods.

The episode page contains an audio version and additional notes (with full transcript).

UMass Memorial Health

Another Memorial, a different state — this time, Massachusetts.

Our guest here is Cliona Archambeault, the Director of Process Improvement at another one of our customers, UMass Memorial Health.

You can also check out two podcasts that I did, in my Lean Blog Interviews series, with Dr. Eric Dickson, the CEO of UMass Memorial Health, which provide greater context for their Lean journey. Oh, and there's one from last year that was part of the Habitual Excellence series that I also host.

Christian Care Ministry, Medi-Share

The third episode talks about a company that helps people pay for healthcare.

Our guest for this episode is Eric Mellert, Manager of the Process Improvement Team at Christian Care Ministry.

Here is the episode page for this discussion (with full transcript).

Thanks for checking these out. What common themes come out to you?
