First Half of January 2019 — Key #Lean Tweets (and LinkedIn Posts) from @MarkGraban

Here's the latest installment of “Key Tweets,” a (usually) weekly post that presents some of my tweets (or retweets) from the week, including pictures and other interesting stuff. I sometimes also re-share items that I've posted on LinkedIn.
You can follow me @MarkGraban and join the fun and the conversation, but you don't need a Twitter account to view any of this.

Except this isn’t really true in so many other settings. Yeah, it’s a fast food chicken ad… but with #Lean management, more quantity doesn’t mean lower quality. That’s not a law of physics. pic.twitter.com/bZWMuhfehb

I saw soooo many of these AT&T commercials yesterday about not being "just OK." I found that to be ironic, because who really LOVES the wireless service from AT&T? They seem like a poster child for corporate mediocrity. They're "just OK" to me.https://t.co/bG3dbla4fR

3 of the 4 rubber feet have fallen off of my 2015 MacBook Pro recently. The quickest Genius Bar appointment is a week out. Fine. But what I dread is that they'll either want to keep the laptop for a week, or I'll drive to the store just to be told they have to order parts…

After about 4 years about probably 400+ flights, I finally erred by leaving my iPad in a seatback pocket. Not surprisingly, @AmericanAir staff try to help but there seems to be no solid process… they've found it then lost it again?

During an NFL broadcast, the ad geniuses for Chevy ran an ad where a guy said he knew Toyota was the most reliable brand. Because that’s believable. Oh wait, it’s Chevy?!? You just spent a lot of air time showing competitor logos. 👸🏼

Most every time I hear a leader say someone else is “resistant to change,” the underlying issue is more like “they are being resistant to my idea.” Instead of pushing your ideas, pull ideas out of your employees. I bet they’re not really that resistant to change in general.
