Lean People Don’t Say Things Like “Idiot Proofing”

I’ve long been skeptical of so-called “Lean Sigma” or “Lean Six Sigma.” And not because I’m against Six Sigma statistical methods, which are valid and helpful in solving certain difficult problems.
