It's a double reader letter day… I was asked, by a healthcare professional, about where she could find Lean Healthcare conferences.

I'll share my list and links below, both the events focused on Lean Healthcare as well as those with a strong Healthcare track (as part of a broader event). Some of the events may also feature Six Sigma content. What else would you add? Leave a comment…

  1. The IHI National Forum on Quality Improvement is outstanding. They do not dedicate a track to lean, however, overall the caliber of presentations is very high.

    • Yes, I should have included them… they didn’t fit into one of the two categories I carved out, but the 2010 event had A LOT of lean content and discussion, from Dr. Berwick on down.
