Chapter 1 of “Healthcare Kaizen” Available in Spanish

I wish I could attend in person, but I'll be presenting, via recorded video, to a Lean healthcare conference in Spain in September, talking about the present and future of Lean healthcare in the U.S., as well as Kaizen and KaiNexus.

Auren Consulting has published an email interview with me that they translated into Spanish (which you can read in my original English).

Auren has also, with my permission, translated Chapter 1 of Healthcare Kaizen into Spanish (PDF). The whole book hasn't been translated for sale (nor has  Lean Hospitals, even though that book is being translated into eight languages).

  1. Thanks for your entry! I am sure we will meet in Spain soon!! And you will be able to meet face to face with some of the leading Healthcare Organizations implementing lean.

Your interview is also available in original English at http://www.leanauren.com/2012/07/entrevista-mark-graban-experto-de-lean.html and for sure much better than Google translator ;-)

We are working on an improved version of the chapter (nicer layout and some gramatical corrections which we will send in the comming days).

Last, but not least, we hope to help to have your books translated to Spanish sometime in the future. They are definetly a “must read”.

Again, it is a pleasure and a luxury having you with us even by video,

    Kind regards,
