More Weekend Fun: Video Proof that Dwight Schrute is NOT a Lean Thinker

Following up on yesterday’s found parody of the show  The Office…  As if we needed any proof that Dwight K. Schrute  is NOT a “Lean Thinker,” check out this short video clip I saw the other night:

Of course, in the Lean mindset, we don’t attack people as being “waste.” Waste is embedded in processes and systems. Waste interferes with people being able to do good work.

    Waste in the first case is always embedded in thinking and mental models! Its appearance in processes is only the tangible outcome.
