Graban will likewise explain why both clinical and administrative workflow processes must be remedied to achieve significant quality increases and cost savings.

I'm happy to have this opportunity to talk about Lean with FormFast's healthcare audience. The description somewhat lets out of the bag the fact that I've been quietly doing some part-time consulting work under my own company's banner (while continuing to work half-time with LEI).
