I’m going to be the guest on Karl Waddensten’s “Lean Nation” radio show on Thursday, February 11 from 4 to 5 eastern. I’ll be in studio there in Rhode Island to talk about lean healthcare, after I get a chance for a closer look at the “gemba” there at VIBCO. Thanks for the plug! It should be a goo show. I’m talking about how Lean is applicable in the small business environment and talk about some of places were I’ve helped implement lean. I’m looking forward to hearing your radio show and talk about Lean Hospitals.
