Put all personal interest aside and do what is the most safe and efficient for the worker. We at Humantech call it the 30-inch view between the worker and the task. Put your focus there; eliminate the opportunity for error; don't try to change how the worker thinks.<br /><br />Another book worth reading is "Set Phasers on Stun" by Steven Casey.
