What people often think Lean is — a superhero there to “save them” or to “make them Lean.”

How people should really view Lean:

Superman might have been “faster than a speeding bullet,” but Lean is no “silver bullet.” Lean is an amazingly powerful methodology… but only if you're willing to work at it and provide quite a bit of leadership.
