Hi Mark,

I've got a few of these on DVD - actually called "MegaFactories" (not sure if the same series, they screened on Discovery) the ones I have and all have some good insights into Lean if you look and listen carefully. I've got John Deere, Paccar, Harley Davidson and Ferrari. The first 3 all renown for Lean practices and the latter just an eye opener into a state of the art factory. Actually the Ferrari plant looks more an atrium in parts, as they have a mass of environmentally friendly plants in the factory.

Also recommend Discovery's "Anatomy of an F1 Team", about one of Toyota's most costly experiments - their Formula One team.

Kind regards,

Mike
MikeNZ
