I recently finished the Shingo book. Fantastic. Now the real question is how do I get the staff at my company to read this book? It, like "How to avoid Lean Implementation Failures" is exceptional...if I could get the right people to read it with an open mind and ask themselves a tough question, "Do I represent any of the pages in this book?"<br/><br/>Shingo's book is well worth the purchase. So was Hytrol's comic book by the way. That drew some weird looks from people when they saw me reading it...although not as many as when I said it was work-related research material.
