It's WORSE than bad. The company is doing away with store manager and personnel who have any knowledge other than cellular and they no longer fully train employees to have that knowledge. All they want them to do is sell wireless. That's literally ALL they want now. RS can no longer compete with BB, Walmart, Target, or even your neighborhood Walgreens or CVS. Their products are WAY over priced, cheaply made and their employees don't know anything about anything. Day and his group have cut salaries so low that associates can hardly even make commission anymore and managers are barely making 30-35K for working 50-60+hr/week. Inventory is tightly controlled by Ft. Worth and stores are frequently out of stock and are not allowed to get anymore than what the computer program says.<br/><br/>Strasser needs to make another round of visits and he will see that the situation is far worse than Day and crew will EVER admit.
