		<description>I had to laugh when I read this blog since I just came from Jon Miller&#039;s blog (Gemba.com) and commented on how important respect for people is.  As you imply respect is not the same as easy or nice.  Instead, it is fair and balanced.  Without respect the best Lean or Six Sigma is doomed for failure.  It is almost a certainty.</description>
