Our friend and sometimes blogger Bill Hanover was writing this for the blog, but decided it was too long. It’s his overview of good practices for having consultants do a “Lean Assessment” with your organization. Bill is a consultant and conducts these assessments, but I think he’s done a good job of writing an informative article that’s not a sales pitch. Check it out.
