Leading Lean for October: Lean and HR
By Jamie Flinchbaugh, Lean Learning Center
I'm sorry that I have been absent for a while on the blog. I have been travelling and working with clients and have not had the time to contribute to Mark's Lean Blog as I wish to. However, the October issue of Assembly Magazine is now out including my Leading Lean column. This month we cover the topic of Lean and HR. This is topic that deserves as much attention as lean accounting is currently getting, but is still a grossly underserved topic.
Also in this issue, you will find an article on the top 50 assemblers by size, including some comparisons of GM and Toyota, as well as Don Hegland's excellent editorial on the need to improve our engineering education and role titled Engineers Speak Out.
