A Funny Factory-Based Commercial

Have you seen the TV ads for new "Stride" gum? The joke in both commercials is that the flavor of the gum is so long-lasting that it must be bad for business. It's striking because you don't often see a factory used in a commercial or with comedy. I can remember Saturn using the whole "our factory is different, our cars are different" angle, but that specialness is gone.

I'm not sure if I'm going to force a lean issue out of the Stride commercials. I think you might enjoy them, that's all. I've leave any points about "see how we shouldn't work in silos" points to the blog commenters.
