New Lean Healthcare Blog

DailyKaizen

I don't know if it's fair to call the DailyKaizen site a "lean healthcare" blog, I think we can all learn from it as another "lean blog." This is a blog that had been private within a health system in Seattle, the Group Health Cooperative, but now they've made it public.

This year, I've traded some emails with Dr. Ted Eytan about lean and lean healthcare, in particular, after he discovered and linked to my blog. He's been very helpful to me and has been very thought provoking in our discussions.

I say "check it out" whether or not you work in healthcare. If you're a lean leader, maybe you can read about what they're working on and can offer advice that will help them out.
