83 Problems

Thanks to Seth Godin for passing this along.

I'll admit that, in the past, I had allow myself to get discouraged because of one, or 83, problems with our lean implementation. OK, so you don't have top management support? Does that mean you can give up? As I grow older, I'm realizing that's not an excuse. Everyone has problems with their lean initiatives. Fix what you can and keep pushing forward.

  1. Excellent point Mark. We hear too much complaining about why people can’t move forward, there is not enough energy left to focus on doing something about it. More talk and action about what can be done will drown out all the noise about why its so impossible.
